Section 240:3 Plan.
The legislature hereby adopts the plan known as the ""State of New Hampshire Ten Year Transportation Improvement Plan 2009-2018 Submitted by the House Public Works and Highways Committee as Part of the Legislative Process Pursuant to RSA 228:99 and RSA 240 of the Laws of New Hampshire'' and encourages expeditious implementation of the projects shown therein.
