Section 263:34-f Advisory Committee.
There is established a motorcycle rider education program advisory committee to assist in the development of the motorcycle rider education program. The committee shall also monitor the program upon its implementation and report to the commissioner as necessary with recommendations including, but not limited to, the administration, application, and substance of the program. The committee shall consist of 5 members appointed by the commissioner. The committee shall meet at the call of the commissioner. Members shall serve without compensation for their services, but may be reimbursed for their travel expenses while engaged in business of the committee from the fund.
