Section 278:9 Apprenticeship Agreements Defined.
For the purposes of this chapter an apprenticeship agreement is an individual written agreement between an employer and an apprentice, or a written agreement between an apprentice and an association of employers, or an organization of employees, or where an approved joint committee exists, a written agreement between an apprentice and such committee.
