Section 306:9 Accounts.
The several churches, other than those of the Episcopal denomination, are authorized to choose committees for the purpose of settling the accounts of the trustees, deacons and other church officers and, if necessary, to commence and prosecute a suit in the name of the church against the trustees, deacons or other officers relating to the accounts.
