Section 310-A:113-a Additional Powers; Subpoenas.
The board shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and compel, by subpoena duces tecum, the production of books, papers, and documents in a case involving the suspension or revocation of licensure. Any member of the board may administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses appearing before the board.
