Section 310-A:157 Reissuance of Licenses.
The board, for reasons it may deem sufficient, may reissue a license to any person whose license has been suspended or revoked, provided 3 or more members of the board vote in favor of such reissuance. A new license may be issued, subject to the rules of the board, and a charge shall be made for such issuance.
