Section 313-A:4 Maintenance of Records.
The board shall maintain a record containing the names and addresses of all licensees and of all salons, barbershops and schools licensed pursuant to this chapter and shall issue all notices, license and registration certificates. The record shall include the date of issuance, renewal, suspension or revocation of all licenses. This record shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
