Section 318:14 Pharmacy.
A licensed pharmacist shall have the right to conduct a pharmacy for the compounding of medicines upon physicians', dentists', veterinarians', and advanced practice registered nurses' prescriptions and for the manufacture, sale and distribution of drugs, medicines and poisons.
