Section 319-C:11 Disposition of Funds.
The state fire marshal shall cause to be recorded all receipts and disbursements under this chapter. The state fire marshal or designee shall forward all funds received under this chapter to the state treasurer for deposit in the fire standards and training and emergency medical services fund established in RSA 21-P:12-d.
