Section 325:20 Licensure.
The board shall issue to each applicant successfully passing the examination, where an examination is required, and who otherwise satisfies the board of his qualifications, a license, signed by all the members of the board, entitling him to practice or engage in the business in this state as a funeral director, embalmer, or both, as the case may be.
