Section 328-F:9 Records of the Boards.
A true record of all of each board's official acts shall be made and preserved. The records shall be public and shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times, except for records compiled in connection with disciplinary investigations and records otherwise exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A or other applicable statutes.
