Section 383:10 Methods of Examination.
Upon such examinations, he shall inspect the books of such institutions and their papers, notes, bonds, and other evidences of debt, and shall otherwise make such an examination as may be necessary to determine the true condition of the institutions and their ability to perform their engagements, and whether they have violated any provision of law.
