Section 384:14 Prohibited Collateral.
A New Hampshire-chartered bank, trust company, guaranty savings bank, or stock cooperative bank shall not accept its own capital stock or the capital stock of a bank holding company which controls such bank, trust company, guaranty savings bank, or stock cooperative bank as collateral.
