Section 384:22-a False Rumors Concerning Banks.
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully and maliciously make or transmit to another any false statement concerning the financial condition of any bank or other institution under the supervision of the bank commissioner or to aid, procure, or induce another so to do.
