Section 384:63 Monopolies Prohibited.
Nothing in this subdivision or in RSA 384-B:3 shall create or enlarge any exemption for the activities of or arrangements between any persons, banks, associations, bank holding companies, or association holding companies, except as provided by RSA 356:8-a.
