Section 386-A:24 Voluntary Dissolution.

A savings bank organized hereunder may be dissolved, as provided in RSA 293-A:14.01 through 293-A:14.34, whenever a majority of its incorporators (in the case of a mutual savings bank) or a majority of its special deposit or capital stock (in the case of a guaranty savings bank) shall have voted to authorize its dissolution. The court may order that liquidation be carried out under the supervision of the bank commissioner.
