Section 386-A:25 Application of Chapter.
The foregoing sections of this chapter, with the exception of RSA 386-A:23, shall not apply to savings banks incorporated prior to the effective date of this chapter and nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to modify their corporate charters nor to affect their respective corporate existences. RSA 386-A:23 shall apply to all savings banks heretofore incorporated under the laws of this state.
