Section 386-A:28 Petition to Board of Trust Company Incorporation.
Such savings bank shall thereupon file with the board of trust company incorporation a petition for approval of the proposed amendment, setting forth:
I. The corporate action taken in compliance with the provisions of RSA 386-A:27.
II. The proposed amendment adopted in accordance with RSA 386-A:27, together with amended articles of agreement or an amended charter, in duplicate, incorporating such amendment, certified by the clerk of such savings bank.
