Section 388:2 Notice; Reference.
When any such petition shall be filed, the clerk shall issue an order of notice providing for notice by publication to all parties interested and providing for such other notice as the court may require, returnable in conformity with the provisions of RSA 496:2. If no sufficient objection to such petition shall be made within 30 days after the return day thereof, the court shall thereupon refer such petition to the bank commissioner or to a master appointed by the court.
