Section 390:15 Limitation.
The exercise of the powers granted herein is limited to trust companies, banks, and savings associations incorporated under the laws of this state and national banks and federally chartered savings associations duly authorized and having their principal place of business in this state, except as otherwise expressly provided in RSA 390:13.
