Section 392:24 Unauthorized Acts.
The transaction of a banking or trust business by such trust company prior to the issuance of a certificate of authority to engage in business issued by the commissioner as required by RSA 392:23 shall make the organization void; and in such case the organizers shall be liable as partners for the contracts, debts, and engagements of the company.
