Section 393-A:2 Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
I. ""Capital stock savings and loan association'', hereinafter referred to as capital stock association, means any cooperative bank, building and loan association or savings and loan association which has amended its charter to read in the form of a charter C as defined in this section.
II. ""Charter C'' means a charter which is identical in form to ""Charter S,'' as issued by the Office of Thrift Supervision pursuant to federal laws and regulations, as amended from time to time, or an amended charter issued by the bank commissioner allowing a cooperative bank, building and loan association or savings and loan association to accumulate funds through the issuance and sale of its capital stock.
III. ""Commissioner'' means the bank commissioner.
