Section 393:4 Record of Articles.

After first being approved by the commissioner the articles of agreement shall be recorded in the office of the clerk of the town in which the business of the corporation is to be carried on and in that of the secretary of state. When so recorded the signers thereof and their associates and successors shall become and be a corporation having all the rights and powers, and being subject to all the duties, liabilities, and restrictions of similar corporations, except so far as the same are limited or enlarged by this chapter.
