Section 393:5 Amendments to Articles.
The articles of agreement may be changed by an affirmative vote of 51 percent or more of the votes cast at an annual or special meeting of said association called to consider such action and with the approval of the bank commissioner; and such changes shall be recorded in the same manner as the original articles of incorporation.
