Section 394-B:52-a Advantageous Federal Powers.
To the extent permitted by rules which may be adopted by the commissioner in accordance with RSA 394-A:7, any credit union shall have and may exercise any power, right, benefit or privilege, now or hereafter authorized for federal credit unions by federal legislation, regulation or ruling.
