Section 408:61 Notice of Commissioner's Requirements or Decisions.
Notice of any requirement or decision of the commissioner shall be sufficient if sent by mail addressed to the insurance corporation authorized to issue variable contracts, agent or salesman, as the case may be, at the address designated in the application for registration.
