Section 408:62 False Statement.
Whoever violates any provisions of RSA 408:28-61 inclusive, or knowingly files with the commissioner or furnishes to him any false or misleading statements or information, shall be guilty of a class B felony if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
