Section 420-D:3 Renewal of Certificate of Authority.
Certificates of authority shall continue in effect until revoked by the commissioner. Certificates shall not be transferred during this time to another provider or owner. The commissioner shall establish a fee for applications for certificates of authority by rules adopted under RSA 541-A.
