Section 421-B:28-b Electronic Filings.

Electronic filings, when received by the secretary of state, are deemed filed, and are prima facie evidence that a filing has been duly authorized and made by the signatory on the application or document, are admissible in any civil or administrative proceeding brought by the secretary of state under this chapter, and admissible in evidence in accordance with the rules of the superior court in any action brought by the attorney general under this chapter.
