17:16C-64.3 - Unlawful procurement of consumer note;  penalty

17:16C-64.3.  Unlawful procurement of consumer note;  penalty
    Any person who procures the execution of a note in violation of this act shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $500.00 for each offense.
