17:30B-16. Construction; supersedure of inconsistent laws a. This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes set forth in section 2 a.
b. All laws and parts of laws of this State inconsistent with this act are hereby deemed superseded to the extent of such inconsistency.
