18A:12-2.2  False affirmation, disqualification, fourth degree crime.5.Any member of a board of education who falsely affirms or declares that he is not disqualified as a voter pursuant to R.S.19:4-1 is, in addition to immediate disqualification for office, guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
