18A:24-66 - Authorization
18A:24-66. Authorization Any board of education of this State, upon complying with the provisions of this act, shall be authorized, for any purpose for which it is permitted by law to issue any bonds, to issue some part or all of the same in the form, type and manner provided for herein.
