36:2-7 "New Jersey P.O.W.-M.I.A. Recognition Day" designated.1.The third Friday in September of each year shall be designated as "New Jersey P.O.W.-M.I.A. Recognition Day" in recognition of the sacrifices of the citizens of this State and of our Nation who were captured by the enemy or are missing in action.
