4:23-6 - Enforcement and collection of penalties

4:23-6.  Enforcement and collection of penalties
    In proceedings to enforce and collect penalties under this article, the court may proceed in a summary manner pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.).
