40A:26A-7 - Property damaged, repair, restoration or compensation
40A:26A-7. Property damaged, repair, restoration or compensation All public or private property damaged or destroyed in carrying out the powers granted by this act shall be restored or repaired and, as nearly as practicable, placed in its original condition, or adequate compensation shall be made therefor.
