17-1-23. Construction.

The Game and Fish Bond Act [17-1-16 NMSA 1978] is full authority for authorization and issuance by the state game commission of bonds authorized by the state board of finance, and the commission may do anything necessary to carry out the powers granted by the Game and Fish Bond Act.
