Section 17-6-10 - Commissioner of public lands exempt.

17-6-10. Commissioner of public lands exempt.

Nothing contained in the Habitat Protection Act [17-6-1 NMSA 1978] shall alter, change, restrict or diminish the rights, powers and duties of the commissioner of public lands in the administration, management, care and control of state trust lands as provided for by the Enabling Act and other applicable state statutes.
