Section 17-6-11 - Violations; penalty.

17-6-11. Violations; penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of the Habitat Protection Act [17-6-1 NMSA 1978] or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor.
