19-13-25. Regulations.
Pursuant to the Geothermal Resources Act [19-13-1 to 19-13-28 NMSA 1978], the commissioner shall adopt such reasonable regulations as he may determine are necessary to carry out the provisions of the Geothermal Resources Act. The regulations shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the state land office for a period of at least ten consecutive days.
