27-5-18. Date of implementation.

No money shall be paid from the fund, and no judgment shall be rendered under the Indigent Hospital and County Health Care Act [27-5-1 NMSA 1978], for any services rendered to any indigent patient prior to the effective date of the Indigent Hospital and County Health Care Act.
