53-8-87. Miscellaneous charges.
The corporation commission [public regulation commission] shall charge and collect for furnishing a copy of any document, instrument or paper relating to a corporation, one dollar ($1.00) per page, but in no case less than five dollars ($5.00). In addition, if certifying the document, ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid for the certificate and affixing the seal thereto.
