53-8-94. Forms to be furnished by corporation commission [public regulation commission]
Forms for all documents to be filed in the office of the corporation commission [public regulation commission] may be furnished by the commission on request therefor, but the use thereof, unless otherwise specifically prescribed in the Nonprofit Corporation Act [Chapter 53, Article 8 NMSA 1978], shall not be mandatory.
