6-13-24. Refunding; bonds retired.

Under the Institution Bond Act [6-13-1 NMSA 1978], outstanding bonds of more than one issue may be retired and refunded by bonds of one issue. Bonds for refunding and bonds for any other purposes authorized by the Institution Bond Act may be issued separately or in combination in one series or more.
