61-12A-23. Criminal Offender Employment Act. (Repealed effective July 1, 2016.)

The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act [28-2-1 NMSA 1978] shall govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted by the Occupational Therapy Act.
