Section 77-17-5 - Disposition of license fees.

77-17-5. Disposition of license fees.

The proceeds from the license fees shall be paid into the board's interim receipts and disbursement fund for credit to the meat inspection division and shall be expended by the board for the same purposes and in a like manner as other money in the board's meat inspection division.
