Section 77-17-6 - Penalty.

77-17-6. Penalty.

A person who violates any of the provisions of Sections 77-17-1 through 77-17-6 NMSA 1978 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.
