1408 - Verification.
§ 1408. Verification. Any report required to be verified by this chapter shall be verified, if made by a person by such person, if made by a partnership by one of the members thereof, if made by an unincorporated association or private corporation by one principal officer thereof, and if made by a public corporation by the chief fiscal officer thereof.
