884 - State and counties not liable on bonds.

§  884.  State  and  counties not liable on bonds. The bonds and other  obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state or of  any  county  or  counties,  and  the  board  shall have no power to make them  payable out of any moneys except those of the authority.
