1840-U - Authority subject to certain other provisions of law.

§  1840-u.  Authority  subject  to  certain  other  provisions of law.  Nothing contained in any provision of this title shall be  construed  to  relieve  the  authority of the obligation on its part to comply with the  provisions of article nine of this chapter in  force  on  the  effective  date of this title.
